Practice and Errors

I believe in "Practice makes perfect" !!
I believe in "Trial by error" !!!

Faults and mistakes would surely come,
but because of them, if you bravely choose to face them,
you could then improve and gain valuable experiences.
That's why I take whatever chances and jobs given to me,
and even ask for them somtimes.

I may feel defeated and be fraustrated during the process,
but I never regret that I took up those jobs,
cause I believe what I gain will outweight the stress and sadness I got.

If not practice, face challenges and errors,
how can one learn and grow????????

Anyone of us shouldn't be exploited from any chances
that we could improve ourselves.
